Tonight’s dinner is a trip to Thailand for your taste buds! We are serving dishes inspired by the beloved cuisine of the land of smiles. Savor the savory flavors of the Lard Nar with Petaluma Farms free-range chicken and wide rice noodles. Lard nar is a popular food in Thailand that you can find at roadside stands, food carts and open-air restaurants, as well as high-end restaurants. On the side, enjoy the spicy chili and Sriracha-roasted cauliflower, rich in dietary fiber and vitamin C. We hope you enjoy this delightful culinary journey!
