Notes From the Chef 12(06) – British Invasion!

‘Ello, chaps! Today Gastronaut is serving up a classic meal of bangers n’ mash from the country that gave us Earl Grey tea (hot), Manchester United, Monty Python, Mick Jagger and Dr. Who. Enjoy some beer-boiled sausages with buttermilk mashed potatoes and a side of roasted turnips and parsnips from Willow Creek Farms in Humboldt County. Willow Creek Farms is a small farm that has been certified organic since 1998. They grow a wide variety of heirloom fruits and vegetables and practice crop rotation and other land stewardship methods. Enjoy your meal and have a jolly good day!
