Red potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, hominy, tomatoes, jalapenos, vegetable, toasted cumin, chili powder & vegetable stock, garnished with fresh cilantro
**Achiote Rice
Jasmine rice steamed in an achiote broth
**Mixed Squash
Chayote, zucchini & sunburst squash tossed with sauteed red onion
**Red Romaine
