End of College Football Tailgate Party

Petaluma Farms chicken breasts, thighs & wings roasted & tossed in a honey-jalapeño BBQ sauce

Du Puy & Red Chief lentils cooked with onion, garlic, herbs & spices, breaded & fried, garnished with fresh parsley & served with **Tomatillo Jam (allergens: alcohol [vinegar]) [on the side]

**Crispy Potatoes
Yukon Gold potatoes deep fried in grapeseed oil, garnished with fresh chives & served with *Chipotle Aioli (allergens: egg, alcohol [vinegar]) [on the side]

**Roasted Carrots
Organic carrots roasted with grapeseed oil, salt & pepper, garnished with chili flakes

**Quinoa Salad
(allergens: alcohol [vinegar, wine])
White quinoa with sweet onions, white wine-plumped golden raisins, fresh parsley & golden balsamic vinaigrette
