Polish New Year’s Dinner

Beef & pork sausages smoked, then grilled, served on a bed of sauerkraut with *Spicy Brown Mustard (allergens: alcohol [vinegar]) [on the side]
*Quinoa & Vegetable Cakes
(allergens: egg, wheat [panko])
Onion, garlic, carrots, white beans & quinoa, ground & mixed with fresh sage, egg & butter, formed into patties & pan seared, served with *Sage & Walnut Pesto (allergens: dairy [cheese], nut [walnut]) [on the side]
*Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
