Fresh spinach risotto rolled in balls, stuffed with ricotta, parmesan & mozzarella, breaded, fried, & served on a spicy tomato-basil marinara

Purity Farms ruby & Austrian crescent potatoes slow cooked with garlic, shallots & rosemary in olive oil, served with *Rosemary Roasted Garlic Oil Aioli (allergens: egg) [on the side]
