**Baked Tofu
(allergens: soy [tofu], alcohol [vinegar])

Brined & baked tofu steaks on a bed of sauteed baby spinach, served with **Carrot Romanesco (allergens: alcohol [vinegar], nut [walnut]) [on the side]

**Roasted Potatoes
Red potatoes roasted with salt, pepper & grapeseed oil, garnished with fresh parsley

**Blanched Cauliflower

Cauliflower, blanched and garnished with fresh parsley

**Mixed Green Salad
(allergens: nut [almond], alcohol [vinegar])

Mixed greens with green olives, piquillo peppers, toasted almonds & balsamic vinaigrette
