Notes from the Chef, January 5, 2012: End of College Football Tailgate Party

It’s the end of college football, so let’s gather ‘round the barbeque for one last tailgate party. We’re serving up Petaluma Farms chicken barbequed with a sweet and savory honey-jalapeño sauce. Petaluma Farms is a sustainable local farm that raises their chickens without steroids or antibiotics on organic corn and soybean diets, in spacious poultry houses that have natural daylight & bedding.
