Hello 2012! We’d like to welcome you back from your festive New Year celebrations and chase away the winter chills with a warm bowl of hearty chili. Chili con carne is the official dish of Texas, and there are as many recipes as there are kitchens across America. Our secret recipe includes buffalo, a blend of spices, and…well, we’re not giving it away! Today, Gastronaut’s Ultimate Chili is served alongside creamy grits cooked with Monterey Jack and Tabasco, roasted pickled cauliflower, and a mixed green salad.
