Notes from the Chef, December 28, 2011: Italian Dining
Tonight we’re taking your taste buds on a trip to the finest restaurants in Italy for some fine dining! Let’s feast on a delicious grilled bistro stecca with a tangy lemon-pepper arugula salad, or on a fresh spinach risotto ball stuffed with three kinds of cheeses. On the side, have a serving of Ruby and Austrian Crescent heirloom potatoes or roasted zucchini sticks. We hope you enjoy tonight’s feast – buon appetito!
