Seared wild mushroom, caramelized onion, kale & goat cheese on toasted whole wheat bread, baked with egg & cream, topped with crumbled chevre

Long grain rice sauteed with onion, carrot, celery, white wine & fresh herbs

Flash grilled haricot verts tossed with olive oil, salt & pepper
**Frisée Salad

Frisée tossed with white beans, carrots, fried capers & fennel-coriander vinaigrette
