Notes from the Chef, December 27, 2011: Lasagna Day!
Welcome back from the holiday weekend! Let’s get back into the swing of things with a delicious hearty lunch of one of the most traditional Italian dishes: lasagna! Our offerings today include a delicious pork Bolognese lasagna with tender ricotta cheese. On the side, be sure to fill your plate with parmesan polenta, steamed broccoli and an iron-rich spinach salad.
