Turkey breast & leg cooked with onions, garlic, dried chilies, hominy, oregano & chicken stock, served with **Red Radishes [on the side] & **Napa Cabbage [on the side]
**Achiote Rice
Jasmine rice steamed in an achiote broth
**Mixed Squash
Chayote, zucchini & sunburst squash tossed with sauteed red onion
**3-Bean Salad
(allergens: alcohol [vinegar])
Red kidney, pinto & black beans with arugula, piquillo peppers, cilantro & lime-cumin vinaigrette
**Romaine Salad
(allergens: alcohol [vinegar], nut [almond])
Romaine with red onions, pickled jalapenos, toasted almond & kalamata olives, served with **Chipotle Vinaigrette (allergens: alcohol [vinegar]) [on the side] & *Queso Fresco (allergens: dairy) [on the side]
